Bentel notifications from every site you manage, in one dashboard

If your Bentel panels send an email for every event, Nexalarm collects them from your mailbox, matches them to the customer and classifies them, next to the sites of every other brand.

Every site writes. Nobody can read it all.

Alarms, tampers, faults, restores, tests: a fleet of Bentel sites produces dozens of emails a day. Keeping them in a shared inbox means scrolling by hand to find the event that matters.

If you also manage other brands the work doubles: different apps, different formats, no single history to check when a customer asks what happened.

How it works

Up and running in three steps

  1. 01

Send notifications to a dedicated mailbox

Configure your Bentel sites to send email notifications to a mailbox used only for alarms.

  2. 02

    Connect the mailbox to Nexalarm

Enter the mailbox IMAP details. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored and new emails are read automatically.

  3. 03

    Recognition and classification

The Bentel filter recognises emails that mention Bentel in the sender or subject and classifies the event from keywords: alarm, fault, tamper, restore, test.

What you get

  • Every Bentel site linked to its customer, with the event history one filter away.
  • Alarms and tampers stand out, separate from routine notifications.
  • Different format? Create a rule on sender, subject and body in minutes, without writing code.
  • Bentel alongside Inim, Tecnoalarm and any other panel that sends email.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

My Bentel emails have a particular format: will it still work?

The ready-made filter looks for the site name in square brackets in the subject or on the first line of the body. If your emails are different, you create a custom filter on sender, subject and email body from the dashboard.

Can Nexalarm control Bentel panels?

No. Nexalarm only reads notification emails: it does not arm, disarm or change the programming of the panels.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Nexalarm is a cloud service: all you need is an IMAP mailbox that receives your site notifications.

Is Nexalarm a Bentel product?

No. Nexalarm is an independent service that works with the emails sent by panels of any brand, with no agreements with manufacturers.

Bentel is a trademark of its respective owners. Nexalarm is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer.
