Inim notifications from every site you manage, in one dashboard
Inim panels connected to Inim Cloud can send an email for every event. Nexalarm reads them from your mailbox, recognises the site and the event type and puts them in order, together with every other brand you install.
With a few sites the app is enough. With a hundred, the inbox explodes.
Every Inim site sends its own notifications: alarms, GSM faults, low batteries, restores, periodic tests. With a handful of customers you can read them one by one. With dozens, a real intrusion gets buried under a hundred routine emails.
And if you also install Bentel, Tecnoalarm or other brands, each manufacturer has its own app and its own format. Working out what happened at a site becomes a manual search.
How it works
Up and running in three steps
- 01
Send notifications to a dedicated mailbox
Set a mailbox used only for this, such as alarms@yourcompany.com, as the recipient of your Inim sites’ email notifications.
- 02
Connect the mailbox to Nexalarm
Enter the mailbox IMAP details. Credentials are encrypted before they are stored and Nexalarm checks for new emails automatically.
- 03
The Inim filter does the rest
The ready-made filter recognises Inim Cloud emails, reads the site name from the subject and the event date and time from the body, and classifies the event.

What you get
- All your Inim sites in one list, with filters by customer, event type and date range.
- Intrusions stand out, separate from faults, tampers and routine notifications.
- Inim alongside Bentel, Tecnoalarm and any other panel that sends email.
- No access to the panels: Nexalarm only reads notification emails.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does Nexalarm replace the Inim app or cloud?
No. Inim’s cloud and apps remain the tools for programming and controlling the panels. Nexalarm only reads notification emails and collects them together with those from other brands: it does not arm, disarm or change the programming.
What does the Inim panel need?
It needs to send event notifications by email, for example through Inim Cloud. If you already receive an email for alarms and faults, you have everything you need.
Can I use the mailbox that already receives the notifications?
Yes, as long as it is reachable over IMAP (Gmail, Outlook, company mail servers and others). We still recommend a mailbox dedicated to site notifications only.
Is Nexalarm an Inim product?
No. Nexalarm is an independent service that works with the emails sent by panels of any brand, with no agreements with manufacturers.
Inim and Inim Cloud are trademarks of their respective owners. Nexalarm is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer.
